NCL Industries Ltd inks JV agreement with Moravia Containers A.S.

NCL Industries Ltd (NCLIL) has entered in to a Joint Venture Agreement with Moravia Containers A.S. of Czech Republic to set up a Joint Venture Company for manufacture of Modular Containers & Systems and other products.

The Agreement provides for Equity participation of 74.9% by NCLIL and its affiliates in the Joint Venture Company.

The initial Equity investment by NCLIL towards its share of Equity in Joint Venture company shall not exceed INR10.00 Crores (Rs. Ten Crores).

Shares of NCL Industries Limited, was last trading in BSE at Rs. 239.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 241.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39176 in over 1437 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 250.95 and intraday low of 238. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9552003.
