Sobha Limited announces resignation of CFO

Mr. Subhash Mohan Bhat has tendered his resignation for the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of Sobha Limited vide his letter dated September 16, 2021. He will continue in his position till the new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.

Shares of Sobha Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 741.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 765.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8504 in over 957 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 778.95 and intraday low of 736.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6417572.
