IP Rings Limited signs JV agreement with Eminox

IP Rings Limited has announced the signing of the Joint Venture agreement dated 09th September 2021 [04:30 PM IST] with Eminox, United Kingdom to establish a Technical Centre Joint Venture in India.

The approval authorizing Mr. Ram Venkataramani to sign the said agreement was obtained at the Board meeting held on August 02, 2021.

Shares of IP Rings Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 639 in over 22 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 148.5 and intraday low of 136.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 88933.
