Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd board fixes Sep 28, 2021 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd at their meeting held today, i.e., on Wednesday, September 08, 2021 have fixed "Tuesday, September 28, 2021" as the "Record Date" for the split/subdivision of equity shares of the Company from existing face value of Rs. 10/- each to face value of Re. 1/- each (i.e. split of 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- into 10 equity shares of Re. 1/- each), which was approved by the Board and Shareholders in their respective meetings held on June 14, 2021 and August 28, 2021 respectively.
