IIFL Wealth Management Ltd announces resignation of CFO

The Board of Directors of IIFL Wealth Management Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. September 1, 2021, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Mihir Nanavati, Chief Financial Officer of IIFL Wealth Management Limited, with effect from the end of business hours of September 1, 2021, and approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Wadhwa, as Chief Financial Officer of IIFL Wealth Management Limited, with effect from the commencement of business hours of September 2, 2021, basis the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

Shares of IIFL Wealth Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1613.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1620.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1585 in over 404 trades.
