Info Edge Board recommends 7.5% dividend

Info Edge India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, has decided to recommend dividend @ 7.5% for FY 2007-08. The dividend would be paid after obtaining approval of Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Stock closed on Wednesday at Rs.968, up by Rs.25.80 or 2.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.995 and low of Rs.945.10.

The total traded quantity was 7605 compared to 2 week average of 3871.
