Welspun India wins top accolades at the Brandon Hall Global HCM Excellence Awards 2021

Welspun India Limited, a global leaders of home textiles, has added another feather to its illustrious cap with its win at the Brandon Hall Global Human Capital Management Excellence Awards 2021. The company was awarded 2 Gold and 1 Silver award across three categories under the "Excellence in Learning" section.

This strategic learning initiative, was deployed by company's L&OD team is to unlock the immense potential of data by building capabilities of employees to use analytics across the business value chain. The team deployed innovative learning methods such as Gamification of complex topics, Case Studies, Capstone Project, Industry Masterclasses, Peer to Peer learning and assigning a Learner Success Mentor.

Welspun India was also conferred a Silver Award in the Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy, which it won for enabling business transformation and scaling its ecommerce vertical via the WAVE Academy.
