Ceinsys Tech Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 2.25 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Ceinsys Tech Ltd at its meeting held on 13th August, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.25/- (Two Rupees and Twenty Five-Paisa Only) per shares on Equity Shares of the Company (i.e. dividend @ 22.5% per equity share having face value of Rs.10/- each), for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
