TAAL Enterprises Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 25 for FY22

The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, August 12, 2021 have inter alia, considered and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- (250%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2021-22.

The record date for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend has been fixed as August 21, 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or before September 11, 2021.

Shares of TAAL Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 828.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 690.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24268 in over 609 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 828.95 and intraday low of 685. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18933760.
