Artemis Medicare Services Limited board approves stock split

The Board of Directors of Artemis Medicare Services Limited at its meeting held on 05th August, 2021, considered and approved the sub-division / split of equity shares of the company from face value of Rs. 10/- each into Re.1/- each as decided by the Board, subject to approval of Members through Postal Ballot.

The record date for sub-division / split will be announced in due course subject to compliance of necessary laws.
