Cella Space Ltd to avail term loan of Rs. 42 crore against rental receivables

The Board of Directors of Cella Space Limited, at their meeting held today, considered and approved the availment of Term Loan against Rental Receivables (TLRR) aggregating to an amount of Rs.42,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Crores only) from HDFC Bank Ltd. The outstanding loan from Union Bank of India will be closed using the loan proceeds of HDFC Bank.

Shares of CELLA SPACE LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.88. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4704 in over 19 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7.19 and intraday low of 6.54. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31686.
