Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd board approves allotment of 15.50 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd, at their meeting held today i.e., July 27, 2021, at registered office of the Company, has, considered and approved the allotment of 15,50,000 (Fifteen Lakh Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up at an Issue Price of Rs.10/- per share, for cash, to allottees belonging to the Promoter and Non-Promoter Category.

The Post allotment, Paid-up Equity Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.5,26,95,090 (Five Crore Twenty-Six Lakh Ninety-Five Thousand and Ninety) comprising of 52,69,509 (Fifty-Two Lakh Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 15.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 570 in over 16 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.64 and intraday low of 15.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8664.
