Cadila Healthcare Ltd completes sale of animal healthcare established markets business

Cadila Healthcare Ltd had earlier announced about the signing of business transfer agreement and other ancillary agreements (collectively referred to as "Definitive Agreements") for sale and disposal of animal healthcare established markets undertaking of Zydus Animal Health and Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company to Zenex Animal Health India Private Limited.

The company had announced the expected date of completion of sale and disposal of the said undertaking is 90 days from the date of signing the Definitive Agreements.

The company has now announced that the transaction of sale and disposal is completed / closed today i.e. July 14, 2021.

Shares of CADILA HEALTHCARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.643.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 645.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 222146 in over 4270 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 650 and intraday low of 642.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 143342054.
