Nikhil Adhesives Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1.5

The Board of Directors of Nikhil Adhesives Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2021, has considered and approved the dividend @ Rs. 1.5/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021, which will be subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
