Anant Raj Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Anant Raj Ltd at their meeting held on today i.e. June 30, 2021, have, recommended a final dividend of Rupee 0.10 per share (i.e., 5% on Rs. 2/- fully paid-up share) for the Financial Year 2020-21, which shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at its ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatch to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
