Subros Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of Subros Ltd at its meeting held on June 29, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70 (35%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend is subject lo approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company.
