Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited has recommended 40% dividend for the F.Y 2020-21 at Rs 4 (four) per equity share of Rs 10 each subject to the approval of Bankers, for declaration of the same by the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held in due course before due date.

Shares of SAMBANDAM SPINNING MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.159.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 161.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3583 in over 37 trades.
