LKP Finance Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of LKP Finance Limited at its Meeting held on June 24, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 (i.e. 20%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
