Sharda Motor Industries Ltd approves JV with Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Ltd

The Board of Directors of Sharda Motor Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, 23 June, 2021 has considered recommended and approved the Joint Venture between the Sharda Motor Industries Limited ('the Company/ SMIL') and Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited.

Shares of Sharda Motor Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.459.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 463.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8918 in over 713 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 474 and intraday low of 451.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4089127.
