Sharda Motor Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.63

The Board of Directors of Sharda Motor Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 23, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of 132% of paid up equity share capital or 10% of Profit after tax i.e. Rs. 2.63/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each; for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Sharda Motor Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.459.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 463.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8918 in over 713 trades.
