Monarch Networth Capital Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Monarch Networth Capital Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 18th June, 2021 which commenced at 1.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.25 p.m., have considered and approved Dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for financial year ended 31st March 2021, subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
