Jagan Lamps Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The board of directors of Jagan Lamps Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the recommendation of payment of final dividend of Re. 1/- (10%) per equity share of face value of Re. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Shares of JAGAN LAMPS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.46.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 77309 in over 802 trades.
