Tips Industries Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Tips Industries Limited at its meeting held today i.e. June 14, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (20%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
