Hind Rectifiers Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of directors of Hind Rectifiers Ltd at their meeting held on June 10, 2021, has recommended a final dividend @ 20% being Rs.0.40 per equity share (of face value of Rs. 2/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2021 out of the profit of the Company, subject to the approval of members in Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Dividend, if approved by the members at the AGM, will be paid/dispatched after the AGM and within 30 days of its declaration, subject to there being no lockdown restrictions.
