SAL Automotive Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of SAL Automotive Limited in their meeting held today the 8th June, 2021 have approved and recommended an Equity Dividend of 35% (Rs. 3.5 per share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021. The dividend, if declared by the members of the Company will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
