India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has downgraded Sterling and Wilson Solar Limited's (SWSL) Long-Term Issuer Rating to 'IND BBB+' from 'IND A' while revising the Rating Watch to Rating Watch Evolving (RWE) from Rating Watch Negative (RWN).
