Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended Final dividend @ 30% amounting Rs. 3/- per equity share on basis of face value of Re. 10/- each, for the FY 2020-2021. The dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
