63 Moons Technologies Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of directors of 63 Moons Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2/- per share (Face Value Rs. 2/- each) for the F. Y. 2020-21. The distribution of said dividend shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and appropriate judicial orders.
