Themis Medicare Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 4.30

The Board of Directors of Themis Medicare Ltd at its meeting held today, considered and recommended dividend for Financial Year ended 31.03.2021 of Rs.4.30/- (Re only.) i.e. @ 43% per equity share having face value of Rs.10/-, aggregating to Rs. 395.10 lacs. The payment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
