Bhagwati Autocast Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of directors of Bhagwati Autocast Limited at its meeting held on May 26, 2021 have considered and recommended final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The said dividend, if declared by shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of BHAGWATI AUTOCAST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.148.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 149.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1029 in over 32 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 157 and intraday low of 143.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 155592.
