Igarashi Motors India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Igarashi Motors India Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend Rs. 1.50/- per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting. The dividend shall be paid/dispatched within 30 days after the Annual General Meeting.
