Newgen Software Technologies Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.5

The Board of Directors of Newgen Software Technologies Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 25th May 2021 which commenced at 10:00 A.M. and concluded at 10:55 A.M., has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.5/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, (i.e. 35% on the paid up equity share capital) of the Company for the financial year 2020-21. Dividend on equity shares, if declared, at the ensuing AGM, will be credited / dispatched to the eligible members after the AGM within the time limit as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.

The record date/ cut-off date for the purpose of determining the name of members for entitlement of dividend, if declared, at the ensuing AGM of the Company, will be Friday, 16th July 2021.

Shares of Newgen Software Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.380.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 358.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61615 in over 3649 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 391 and intraday low of 358.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23078492.
