Sandhar Technologies Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Sandhar Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on May 21, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1/- per share for financial year ended the March 31, 2021. The payment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Book closure/record date will be intimated in due course.
