Meghmani Organochem Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.40

The Board of Directors of Meghmani Organochem Ltd at its meeting today, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.40/- (140%) per equity share of Rs. 1/- each of the Company for FY 2020-21 which is subject to the approval of members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company.
