Endurance Technologies Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Endurance Technologies Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. on 19n May, 2021, which commenced at 2.15 p.m. and concluded at 4.55 p.m. considered and recommended dividend of Rs. 6.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (60%), for the financial year 2020-21. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the Twenty Second Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), shall be paid on or after 30th August, 2021 but on or before 23rd September, 2021.

Shares of Endurance Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1356.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1341. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10102 in over 1084 trades.
