Minda Corporation Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.35

The Board of Directors of Minda Corporation Ltd, in their meeting held on 18 May 2021, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.35 per equity share (17.5%) (face value of Rs. 2 per share) aggregating to Rs. 837 lakhs for the year ended 31 March 2021 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

The total dividend declared for the financial year 2020-21 is Rs. 0.65 per equity share ( 32.5%) (face value of Rs.2 per share)

The register of members & share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, July 5, 2021 to Friday, July 9, 2021 (both days inclusive).

Shares of Minda Corporation Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.110.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55323 in over 1299 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 111.8 and intraday low of 107.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6071854.
