Subex Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Subex Ltd at its meeting held on May 17, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25/- (5%) per equity share of par value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Company has fixed July 02, 2021 as Record Date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for Final Dividend, if approved. The Dividend will be paid within the timelines specified under the Companies Act, 2013.
