Acrysil Ltd board to consider Q4, FY21 results, final dividend on May 20, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Acrysil Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will also consider any other matter as the Board of Directors of the Company may decide during the course of the meeting.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from April 01, 2021 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the results. Accordingly, the trading window shall re-open from May 23, 2021.
