Onward Technologies Ltd Board Recommends Final Dividend Rs.3.00

The Board of Directors of Onward Technologies Ltd at their meeting held today, have recommended payment of final Dividend of Rs.3 (Rupees Three only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholder's approval at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
