InterGlobe Aviation Limited to raise Rs. 3000 crores

The Board of Directors of InterGlobe Aviation Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today, i.e., May 10, 2021, has approved the raising of funds for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 3,000 Crores (Indian Rupees Three Thousand Crores) through an issue of equity shares by way of a Qualified Institutions Placement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable laws and subject to approval of the Company's shareholders and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.

Shares of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1680 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1639.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22321 in over 1196 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1685 and intraday low of 1646.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37231569.
