Bandhan Bank Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Bandhan Bank Ltd at its meeting held on May 08, 2021, has recommended dividend of Re. 1 (one) each per equity share having face value of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 10%) from the profits of the Bank for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
