Praj Industries Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.16

The Board of Directors of Praj Industries Ltd at its meeting held on 6th May, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.16/- (108%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each, subject to approval of Shareholders.

The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of PRAJ INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.248.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 254.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 582263 in over 3824 trades.
