Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited defers decision on rights issue proposal

In view of the prevailing situation of Covid pandemic in the country, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 01, 2021, decided to defer the consideration of the proposal for augmentation of the paid-up capital by issue of equity shares on rights basis.

Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.88 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.09. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42250 in over 309 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.1 and intraday low of 13.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 589018.
