Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited to sell units of Indinfravit Trust

The Board of Directors of Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 29th April, 2021, has approved, execution of Unit Purchase Agreement with CPP INVESTMENT BOARD PRIVATE HOLDINGS (4) INC. (CPH-4) AND /OR ITS AFFILIATES towards sell and transfer the right, title ownership and interest in, free of all encumbrances, 434,28,782 Units of Indinfravit Trust held by the Company in dematerialised form upon the terms and conditions contained in a Unit Purchase Agreement.

The consideration to be received from the above sale is INR. 441,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Hundred Forty One Crores Only).

Shares of Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.20.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10307 in over 263 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 20.25 and intraday low of 19.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 203691.
