Karda Constructions Ltd is launching a residential cum commercial Project Hari Samarth at Nashik Road East

Karda Constyuctions Limited, the BSE and NSE Listed developer in Nashik, is launching residential cum commercial Project Hari Samarth on Land parcel of 4462 sq mtrs in Nashik Road (East). Project will be combination of Residential cum commercial properties.

Project is located at Nashik Road East on the Land abutting Nashik Pune National Highway. The Nashik Pune Highway widening work has been completed now, which will provide big boost for commercial properties. The Residential properties are under the brand of capsule Homes, the affordable segment of the company. The project will have approx 35000 sqft of Commercial & 1,17,500 sq ft of residential development.

Because of proximity of Railway station & Sinnar MIDC, Nashik Pune Connectivity, Nashik Road has been witnessing consistent demand for residential and Commercial properties. With recent completion of widening Nashik Pune highway has transformed Nashik road into attractive residential location in last few years.

Shares of Karda Constructions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.119 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 121.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12561 in over 249 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126.9 and intraday low of 119. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1528088.
