UTI Asset Management Company Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 17

The Board of Directors of UTI Asset Management Company Ltd at its meeting held on April 28, 2021, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 17 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
