Affle (India) Limited opens QIP, floor price fixed as Rs. 5422.94

Pursuant to the approval accorded by the board of directors of Affle (India) Limited (the "Board"), at its meeting held on February 27, 2021, and special resolution passed by the members of the Company on March 24, 2021 to raise funds through qualified institutions placement of equity shares of face value of ₹ 10 each (the "Equity Shares") to qualified institutional buyers, the Fund Raising Committee has, at its meeting held today, i.e., April 28, 2021, has considered and approved the opening of the Issue today, i.e., April 28, 2021.

The floor price for the issue has been fixed as Rs. 5,422.94 per Equity Share.
