A meeting of the Board of Directors of Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd is scheduled on 29/04/2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4th Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021.

The board will consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the f.y. ended 31st March, 2021.
