Sandhar Technologies Ltd board to consider final dividend, Q4FY21, FY21 results on May 21, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sandhar Technologies Limited ("Company") is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 21st May,2021, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for Quarter & year ended 31st March, 2021 along with the Audit Report.

The board will also consider recommendation of the Final Dividend, if any.

The Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company by the designated person(s) / connected person(s) of the Company has been closed from 1st April, 2021 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid results made public.
