Eicher Motors Ltd reports 369.44% growth in March 2021 sales

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of March 2021. The company has sold 7037 vehicles during March 2021, as against 1499 in March 2020 registering a growth of 369.44% YoY.

The company has sold 6870 Eicher Trucks and Buses in March 2021, as compared to 1476 in March 2020, growth of 365.4% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 6054 units in March 2021, 329.7% higher than 1409 units in March 2020. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses increased 1117.9% YoY to 816 units in March 2021, as compared to 67 units in March 2020.

The company has sold 167 Volvo Trucks during March 2021, an increase of 626.1% YoY as against 23 units in March 2020.

Shares of EICHER MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2604.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2639.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22603 in over 1926 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2649.1 and intraday low of 2595. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 59308151.
